CEO & Senior Consultant Joseph Krueger is a pioneer in the field of database marketing. With over 3,000 direct mail and advertising campaigns and more than 160 industry awards to his credit, he brings an unmatched breadth of industry experience and knowledge to bear on client objectives. Joe practices the principles of strategic creative development in analyzing, planning and creating direct marketing programs for client companies.

President Virginia Nicols brings twenty years of consulting and creative experience with both business-to-business and consumer programs, ranging from financial services, disaster recovery and energy to travel and industrial products. A U.C. Berkeley graduate, published author, direct mail writer and Certified Green Building Professional, Virginia brings a unique, bottom-line skillset to bear on client projects.
